If you arrive early, on Thursday, please come to the church.
You may also call the hotel to ask when a room might be available.
Due to unexpected staff shortage on site we cannot offer personal rides from the airport to downtown on Thursday. However, we can coordinate departure trips to the airport when the conference has ended.
If you do have a special concern or needs - please let us know, help is certainly possible for such needs.

Upon arrival at the airport, please follow signs from baggage claim to the SuperShuttle ticket counter.

American Yellow Checker Cab: (512) 452-9999 FARE is roughly $20. But ask driver for flat fee. (might be slightly more than $20 due to airport fees for taxis)
Capital Metro (city bus) - 50 cents. (If you can handle your own luggage - this is a great option.)
If you are feeling adventurous. The buses are fine, but you have to walk about 4 blocks with your luggage to reach church.

AIRPORT to DOWNTOWN
Bus stop: Airport Lower Level
Bus leaves airport at these times on week days.
Bus only stops at a few locations, so it only takes about 20 minutes to get to downtown (depending on traffic).
If you catch the bus at 11:20a at airport, you will get off the bus 18 min later at 6th and Congress. This is nearly 4 blocks from Central Presbyterian Church.
